7 Dependency map set up

In the "Map dependencies" area, users create maps that identify the order in which milestones will be completed for one or more countries. Currently, the starting point for all maps is the "Final Approved Protocol" milestone. When appropriate, "Add more" and "Add dependency" links display to allow users to customize the map to a preferred flow.
