Infrastructure

In this release we made internal database updates, which did not introduce new features or functionality.

With release 23.3 we completed infrastructure updates to migrate Oracle Site Activate from PostgreSQL database to Oracle Autonomous Database. These internal changes did not introduce new features or functionality for Oracle Site Activate or any related Study Startup application or module.
