Study level ad hoc documents were not generated when they did not specify a protocol version to indicate uniqueness. We updated this behavior to prevent blocking the creation of these documents. Now study level ad hoc documents will be created as expected because the items will be unique when compared to items configured in the configuration and items generated within the same study.
