We fixed an issue where audit logs for workflow-related changes, such as artifacts, activities, workflow definitions, and dependencies, sometimes kept the wrong user name after a delete action. Now, logs accurately display the correct user for subsequent activities, so actions are no longer incorrectly tagged with the name of the user who performed the delete action.	CHK-48382	3
