When you deleted a lifecycle, then recreated it with the same name, the lifecycle appeared correctly on the Lifecycle tab but showed twice in the Customize an Artifact modal’s Lifecycle drop-down. This fix ensures the recreated lifecycle appears only once in the drop-down.	CHK-51291	3
