In customer non-production environments on Oracle Site Activate 24.2.x, you could edit shared Data Export Utility (DEU) reports created by others, but exports still produced the original, unedited report. To eliminate this mismatch, this fix removes the ability to edit shared reports unless you’re the original creator. When you upgrade to Oracle Site Activate 25.1, the ability to edit and export reports shared by others will be available to you.	CHK-51344	2
