Enhanced reports

Oracle Site Select reports have enhanced filters and minor usability improvements.

Report filters and usability enhancements

With release 23.3, we enhanced filter options for Oracle Site Select reports to improve load time.

  • By default, reports no longer have any studies selected upon first load. We updated the Study Name filter labels to "Study (Required)," and when dashboard or worksheet data can be filtered by study, the Study (Required) filter displays at the top of the filter panel. Users can optionally select all studies if preferred.
  • All multi-select filters now display values in a drop-down list with an “Apply” button. When clicked, the report updates based on the applied values.

The enhancements above were made to all Oracle Site Select reports with the exception of Resource Allocation, which does not include a study filter and already uses the multi-select drop-down design.

We also made the following individual report updates:

  • Notes Report – We corrected the spelling of the Therapeutic Area filter label.
  • Site Progress – The PI cro Tier filter is relabeled to PI CRO Tier. We added filters for Site Data Sources and PI CRO Tier on the Site Details worksheet. These filters were already being applied to the data within the worksheet but were not previously visible. These filters are now visible and consistent with other worksheets within the report.
  • Site User Engagement – We corrected the spelling of the Communication Category filter label. We also made this correction on the email data export worksheet.
  • Survey Response Analysis – On the Question Analysis dashboard, we corrected the spelling of the Therapeutic Area filter label.
