Data refresh schedule

To prevent data refresh conflicts, we are updating the refresh schedule for Oracle Site Analyze. With release 24.2, the schedule is:

1. Weekly refresh: Saturday starting at 9:00 p.m. Pacific
2. Daily refresh: Daily starting at 7:00 p.m. Pacific

Please note this change only affects the refresh of the Site Analyze views feeding the Site Analyze reports. No change will happen for the daily CSV extract.
