By design, reports should have had no default filter values selected when loading a report. With this correction, we updated report filtering to use “Null” as the default value for primary filters (i.e., Study, Account, User). Reports initially load an empty worksheet, and users will begin seeing data only after selecting values for the worksheet’s primary filters. This update improves report performance so users don’t have to wait for all studies to load before choosing one or multiple studies (i.e., most use cases).	LSRPT-6959	3
