Oracle Site Activate standard reports

We resolved issues that caused the following reports to experience refresh errors and delayed performance:

The Account Metrics report's Sites Dashboard worksheet intermittently showed incorrect running total for Sites Used Over Time when users entered dates in the Site Created Date filter. LSRPT-7051 2
The Account Metrics reports Sites Dashboard incorrectly excluded sites in "activated" status from the Sites Used Over Time line graph. LSRPT-6661 2
In the Resource Allocation report, Site Experience users were incorrectly flagged as "N/A" instead of Yes or No, so users could not filter to include or exclude Site Experience users. With this correction, Site staff members at sites (i.e., PIs, Sub-Is, Coordinators, etc.) who are listed on reports are not considered Activate users and will not have site experience user flag as Yes/No. The flag will be "N/A." The TMF Status Dashboard could reflect incorrect values in the following areas:
  • Completeness canvas / (Sum of all TMF status counts)
  • Completeness canvas / Document Status / (Sum of counts of all document statuses)
  • Document File Status canvas / Documents Created Over Time / Total Documents Created:
  • Document Details canvas / Total Document KPI
  • Document File Status canvas / Files Collected Over Time / Total Files Collected
