1 What's new for Oracle Site Select users

Learn about new and enhanced functionality in this release.

Study level filtering

In release 25.1, we added study level filtering to the following Oracle Site Select Site progress reports:

  • Next Actions
  • Notes Report
  • Site Progress Report
  • Site Study Interest and Exclusion Report
  • Survey Response Analysis

When determining access, study level filtering limits data shown based on the user's team assignments in Oracle Site Select. Users can view studies linked to their assigned team if the team is enabled, has at least one associated study, and has Analyze reports permission enabled. All three conditions must be met for study level access to be granted.

Notes Report

In this release, we enhanced the Notes Report to add a new Note Label filter and Labels column. The new filter allows users to search for one or more specific note labels.

Survey Response Analysis report

Oracle Site Select includes support for advanced grid and list survey question types. In this release, we enhanced the Survey Response Analysis report to include the advanced question types as well. The question types added to the Survey Response Analysis report are:

  • Numeric and percentage grid
  • Textbox grid
  • Dropdown menu grid
  • Checkbox grid
  • Radio grid
  • Continuous sum
  • Textbox list (numeric and percentage validation)
  • Dropdown menu list
  • Checkbox list
  • Radio button list
Additionally, when calculating an individual site's survey score, the report uses the new "total_possible_score," which reflects the maximum possible score based on the site's actual survey responses and branch logic.
