12 Feasibility Surveys
This section describes how survey managers create, choose, and score feasibility surveys using the Alchemer tool and Oracle Site Select.
- Using the online survey tool
If you have the survey manager role associated to your user account, you can use Alchemer online survey tools to create and manage feasibility surveys in Oracle Site Select. - Alchemer supported survey question types
Alchemer offers many question types that allow CROs and sponsors to create highly customized feasibility surveys. - Defining survey criteria and scoring
Once your survey account has been authenticated with Oracle Site Select, define your organization's criteria to determine site feasibility. - Choosing a survey
Specify which feasibility survey you want to send to study sites or create one or more new feasibility surveys, if necessary. - Scoring surveys
To score feasibility surveys, you will map the survey questions to the categories you've defined. Survey scoring calculates at the question and category levels as well as the total survey score. - Retaking surveys or editing survey responses
Feasibility surveys may be reopened after they have been submitted so that responses can be changed, if necessary, and Alchemer surveys reopen the previously submitted survey with previous responses pre-populated. - Creating survey response reports
In the select or finalize steps, you can optionally create feasibility survey response reports in either CSV or PDF format. If you choose CSV, the extract includes a row for all sites in the site grid. PDF format will allow you to create a report for one or more selected (checked) sites in the site grid.
