Survey configuration extracts and survey response extracts may error when attempting to open the file in Microsoft Excel. This issue is related to worksheet names, which are based on the survey or workflow name. Workarounds: Avoid Duplicate Names: Please refrain from using the same names for both surveys and workflows. Non-Blank Names: Ensure that survey and workflow names are not left blank; provide meaningful names for each. Name Length Limit: Keep names within 31 characters to avoid any issues. Unsupported Special Characters: Avoid using special characters such as / \ ? * : [ ] in the name as they are not supported. Avoid Apostrophe at the Beginning or End: Do not start or end the name with an apostrophe ('). However, you may use apostrophes between text or numbers in a name. Avoid "History" Alone: The name "History" is reserved in Microsoft Excel. While you may use the word "history" in combination with other words or characters, avoid using it as the sole name.
