In a study with multiple feasibility surveys, if one of the surveys did not have a completed setup, all study workflows with affiliated surveys would show as disabled in the site grid workflow assignment drop-down. After this fix, Oracle Site Select applies per-survey workflow validation, so if other workflows in the study have an affiliated survey with a completed setup, the workflows will be selectable from the drop-down.
