Create survey submission message

Define the information displayed when a survey is submitted. You can create a unique message for each survey affiliated with the study.

You must have a role with Feasibility Survey Management permission to complete this task.
  1. In the top navigation bar, hover over setup and select feasibility survey.
  2. Click Map categories and point values to questions and answers.
  3. If multiple surveys have been associated to the study, click the tab for the survey you want to add a submission message.
  4. Above the question grid, expand the Survey submission message section.
  5. Click in the text field to enable editing. You can optionally format the message using the emphasis, alignment, bullets, and numbering options displayed at the upper right of the text field.
  6. Click Save scoring for this survey.
