The “Last modified on” and “Modified by” information displayed inconsistently when no changes were made. Some pages omitted the label, while others incorrectly showed the current user as the modifier. After this correction, when no changes are made, the fields now consistently display as “Last modified on – by --” across the application.	SEL-22126	4
