Assigning Oracle Health Sciences Learn classes to a user

You can assign an Oracle Health Sciences Learn class to a user only if you have a Oracle InForm User Management Tool-Oracle Health Sciences Learn integration.

To check whether Oracle Health Sciences Learn is enabled for the trial, select Configuration from the menu bar; Oracle Health Sciences Learn is enabled for the trial if Switchoff HSLearn in the Trial Configuration section is not selected.

Note:

When you assign a user to a role that has training associated to it, the training is automatically assigned to the user. The training is not assigned to users already associated with the role.

1. Select Users from the menu bar.
2. Select the sponsor company and trial from the Current Sponsor Company and Trial drop-down lists.
3. Select the checkbox to the left of the user to assign the Oracle Health Sciences Learn class to.
4. From the Manage User drop-down list, select Assign HS Learn Class.
5. Enter a reason in the Comments field, and click Go.
6. In the Select Classes section, select the Available class or classes to assign to the user, and move them to the Selected list.
7. Click Submit.
