Assigning SSO roles

SSO roles give an InForm user the right to reset passwords for other users in Oracle Life Sciences IAMS. These roles should only be given to CDA or Support users.

  1. Select Roles from the menu bar.
  2. Select the sponsor company from the Current Sponsor Company drop-down list.
  3. Click the SSO Roles tab.

    The SSO Roles tab is only visible if your UMT role has the Assign SSO Roles right.

  4. Make sure that the Oracle Users option is selected.
  5. In the Selected Users list, select the users you want to give the SSO roles to.
  6. In the Selected Roles list, select the roles to assign to the users selected in step 5.
  7. Enter a Reason For Change , and click Submit.
