Billing details report shows a comparison between the approved Statement of Work (SOW) and the current study status.

Field	Description
Sponsor Company	The sponsor company name associated with the study. For example, "Pharma Company ABC"
Reference	SOW contract number.
Contracted No of Sites	Number of sites contracted for the study according to the approved SOW.
Contracted No of Site Assessments	Related to an outdated process. No longer in use.
Contracted No of Users	Number of users contracted for the study according to the approved SOW.
Contracted No of Countries	Number of countries associated with the study according the approved SOW.
Contracted No of IOL Accounts	Number of HS Learn accounts contracted for the study according to the approved SOW.
No of Provisioning	Related to an outdated process. No longer in use.
Trial	Name of the study. For example, "Trial123".
Protocol	Protocol number associated with the study. For example, "Protocol123".
No of Sites Associated	Actual number of sites associated with the study at the time the report is generated.
No of Site Assessments	Related to an outdated process. No longer in use.
No of Users	Actual number of users associated with the study at the time the report is generated.
Selected No of Countries	Actual number of countries associated with the study at the time the report is generated.
IOL Accounts Created	Actual number of HS Learn accounts associated with the study at the time the report is generated.
