Data entry worklist statistics reports

The data entry worklist statistics report encompasses all changes made on users, studies, and sites, as well as the reasons and times for each change.

Field	Description
Sponsor Company	Name of the sponsor company. For example, "Pharma Company ABC".
Trial	Name of the study. For example, "Trial123".
User	User name of the associated user. For example, "jdoe".
Site	Name of the site. For example, "Gotham General".
Status	Current status. Options are: Change New Delete Reinstate
Date Modified	Time stamp from when the item was last updated. For example, "02/11/2022 14:11".
UM	User name of the user who performed the UM (user manager) tasks. For example, EUH member if the UM tasks were performed by Oracle.
UA	User name of the user who performed the UA (user approver) tasks. For example, EUH member if the UA tasks were performed by Oracle.
Completion Time	Time stamp from when the worklist was last updated. For example, "02/11/2022 14:11".
QC	User name of the user performing quality check (QC).
Completion Time (QC)	Time stamp from when the quality check (QC) was completed. For example, "02/11/2022 14:11".
QC Rejected (Yes/No)	Shows if the quality check (QC) was rejected or not. Options are: Yes No
Completion SLA (Yes/No)	Related to an outdated process. No longer in use.
Within QC SLA (Yes/No)	Related to an outdated process. No longer in use.
Comments	Displays the comment added when the change was made
