Marking sites as not participating

Sites which no longer participate in a trial can be marked as not participating, making them inactive in the study. The site user accounts associated only with the not-participating site are marked as terminated.

1. Select Sites from the menu bar.
2. Select the sponsor company and trial from the Current Sponsor Company and Trial drop-down lists.
3. Select the checkbox to the left of the site to mark as not participating.
4. From the Select drop-down list, select Mark as Not Participating.
5. In the Comments field, enter the reason for change, and click Go.
