Terminating a Global user

The Global Users page lets you terminate a Global user.

Caution:

Terminating a Global user will terminate the user across all products the user is assigned to. This means that if you terminate a user on the Global Users page, it will not only terminate the user from all Oracle InForm studies, it will also terminate the user from other products that use Oracle Life Sciences IAMS for authentication, such as Oracle Central Coding and Oracle Clinical One Platform.

1. Select Users from the menu bar.
2. In the upper left, click Global Users.
3. Select the sponsor company from the Current Sponsor Company drop-down list.
4. Select the checkbox to the left of the user to terminate.
5. From the Select drop-down list, select Terminate User.
6. In the Comments field, enter the reason for terminating the user, and then click Submit.
