Updating a user's name in email notifications

The Update User Name in Email Notifications option on the InForm Users page lets you mark users for updating the user name in email notifications.

Note:

This functionality is for non-SSO users only.
  1. Select Users from the menu bar.
  2. Select the sponsor company and trial from the Current Sponsor Company and Trial drop-down lists.
  3. Select the checkbox to the left of the user to update.
  4. From the Manage User drop-down list, select Update User Name in Email Notifications.
  5. From the User Name Order drop-down list, select an option.
  6. In the Comments field, enter a reason for change, and click Go.
