NetSuite for Government Version 23.10.3 Hot Fix – Release Date November 15, 2023

Human Resources and Payroll:

• Inclusion of Colorado and Utah state tax rules.
• Implemented rounding rules for unbalanced error caused by rounding.
• Expense Account added to GL Posting logic.
• Payroll Posting Over/Under logic.
• Employee can indicate additional state tax withholding to be included in the state tax calculation.
• Payroll and HR Preferences enhancement to the Fund Allocation tab – adding Payroll GL Balancing, Over/under Payroll Fund, Over/under Payroll Department, Over/under Payroll account.
