The 24.4.2 enhancements and changes listed in this document are not available to customers until they are upgraded to NetSuite for Government 24.4.2. Your access to these features and SuiteApps is subject to the terms of service in your NetSuite for Government contract.

NetSuite for Government Version 24.4.2 – Release Date May 10, 2024

Human Resources and Payroll:
  • Payroll History and Accumulator Tracking:
    • A new report that returns employee hour bucket accumulators with options to filter by pay period, employee, department, and hour bucket.
    • Added new report to sum the employee's hour codes in a report. Report shows the number of hours and payment paid to an employee for the period, month, quarter, fiscal year, and calendar year to date and is grouped by hour code.
  • Position Budgeting:
    • Added a nightly script to evaluate employee position and pay records and updated the Position FTE count accordingly by providing the users the correct filled FTE count and allowing users to add an employee position and pay end date in the future.
  • Fund Allocation by Timesheet:
    • Added a new payroll posting calculation rule to spread the expense and liability of a pay code across from timecard hours funding source.
  • Pay and Hour code Enhancements:
    • Added the Pay Code report to the Payroll Reports module.
Various Fixes and Performance Improvements
  • Redirects users to print the pay stub from the Payroll Reports page. Allows users to save the pay stub to the file cabinet instead of rendering directly. Allows users to apply filtering conditions when printing the pay stubs. Resolves NetSuite performance defect when rending pdf reports.
  • Added feature to allow users to indicate if a payroll report is to be saved to the file cabinet instead of rendering directly.
