NetSuite for Government Version 24.5.1 – Release Date May 28, 2024

Finance:

Carry Forward Encumbrances:
- The Encumbrance Carry Forward process automatically generates a fiscal year carry forward record each year.
Purchase Orders:
- Added the purchase order number to the Bill line-item detail for the users to see it prior to saving the bill.

Various Fixes and Performance Improvements

Foundational elements for future release of Quick Codes.

Human Resources and Payroll:

Time off Requests and Leave Tracking:
- Added a new record called Time-Off Worked Hours Tier. Users can utilize this additional level of detail to calculate the employee's worked hours and accrual leave using a tiered plan instead of a prorated value.

Various Fixes and Performance Improvements

Disabled the sublist fields via script and created a sublist via Saved Search on the Pay Code, Dependent, Position, and Employee Benefit Plan.
Payroll Reports now include historical pay period batches.
