Human Resources and Payroll:

State Tax Calculation:
- Resolves issue where negative amounts (Oregon) are calculated when the base amount or withholding amount calculates to less than zero.

Various Fixes and Performance Improvements

Resolves issue where the Timesheets preferred form changed after a NetSuite for Government update.
Resolves issue where the Pay Code Accumulator report would fail if any special characters were used in the report.
