NetSuite for Government Version 25.11.3 – Release Date November 19, 2025

Human Resources and Payroll:
  • Pay Stub Form for Multiple Entities:

    Organizations with multiple entities often require separate pay stub templates for checks and pay stubs.

    Previous Behavior:

    While template selection per entity was available, the system logic applied the most recently saved template to all entities. As a result, entity-specific templates were not shown as intended in the Employee Center or when using the print paystub function.

    Resolution:

    The template selection logic has been fixed. Now, pay stub templates are correctly saved and dynamically selected based on the entity assigned to the payroll batch. This ensures that the appropriate template displays per entity, without requiring recalculation for each employee.
