Various Fixes and Performance Improvements
  • Disabled the Duplicate Change Order email error message while the root cause of the problem is analyzed and remediated.
  • Available Budget Calculation Performance Improvement:
    • To improve transaction line performance, the timing of Available Budget calculations has been updated.
    • Previously, Available Budget was recalculated whenever a GL segment value changed, including changes made through Item Code defaults, Quick Code entries, Item Account selection, or other segment updates. Available Budget is now calculated once the final GL segments have been entered and the transaction line is added.
    • This update does not change the budget calculation logic or existing budget validation behavior. Budget validation warnings and blocks continue to be evaluated when the record is saved.
Human Resources and Payroll:
  • FLSA Calculation Rules:
    • The Self-Inclusive FLSA regular-rate calculation now includes eligible overtime codes in the FLSA rate base without double-counting their Pay Bucket or Hour Bucket values.
      • The system calculates temporary wages and hours for all eligible self-inclusive overtime codes in calculation-priority order.
      • Temporary wages use each timecard line’s effective hourly rate.
      • Self-inclusive codes are excluded from the standard Primary Pay and Hour Bucket totals, then their temporary Pay Bucket wages and Hour Bucket hours are added to the rate base.
      • The overtime multiplier, incentive and differential pay logic, and other existing calculation behavior are unchanged.
Example: An employee has 40 regular hours at $40.00 and 4 self-inclusive overtime hours. The system adds $160.00 and 4 hours temporarily to the rate base, resulting in $1,760.00 over 44 hours, or a $40.00 regular rate. At 1.5x, the overtime payment is $240.00.
  • Global View Update:
    • Removed the Global view access for the Employee W2, Employee ACA and Employee Retirement Reporting Record. This will improve the user's ability to search for employees using the global search feature.
  • Vermont DC Updates:
    • Corrected the file format to ensure each line is exactly 300 characters long in the Vermont Retirement DC submission file.
