NetSuite for Government Reporting Version 25.2.3 – Release Date February 19, 2025

Human Resources and Payroll:

Various Fixes and Performance Improvements

• The following changes have been made to the Iowa PERS Report:
  • Remap Occupation Code. The field was not mapped with the correct value.
  • The money fields were not formatted correctly, the decimal was removed.

• The Oregon PERS gross wage field has been updated to be the subtotal of the individual employee's following wages:
  • Subject Salary, Regular: PERS Regular Pay > ns4g_persregearn_pay
  • Subject Salary, Overtime: PERS Overtime Pay > ns4g_persableot_pay
  • Non-Subject Salary: PERS Non-Subject Salary Pay > ns4g_nonpersablesalary_pay
  • Lump-Sum Payoff: PERS Lump-sum Payoff > ns4g_persablelumpsum_pay
  • Lump-Sum Vacation Payoff: PERS Lump-sum Vacation Payoff > ns4g_persablevacalumpsum_pay
• The following changes have been made to the Iowa PERS report:
  • Begin date now maps to the employee retirement record begin date.
  • Last Check Date now maps to the employee's Termination/Release Date.
