The NetSuite for Government Reporting 25.4.1 enhancements and changes listed in this document are not available to customers until they are upgraded to NetSuite for Government Reporting 25.4.1. Your access to these features and SuiteApps is subject to the terms of service in your NetSuite for Government contract.

NetSuite for Government Reporting Version 25.4.1 – Release Date April 13, 2025

Finance:
  • Check Register Detail Report:
    • All lines include payment number to ensure grouping and association of payment is clear.
    • Added an additional column for users to display the Fund or Group by.
    • Added the ability to drill-down to the payment from the payment column.
  • Budget vs Actuals - Multiple Years Report:
    • Users can now configure the multi-year report for revenues and expenditures.
  • Balance Sheet:
    • Ability to create a Balance Sheet within Advanced Government Reports. This allows users to configure their Balance Sheet by Function, Type and use fund groupings defined in NetSuite.
    • Added ability to save versions of the report after filtering and grouping.
Various Fixes and Performance Improvements

Human Resources and Payroll:

  • Minnesota Payroll Reports:
    • The selection criteria for the Minnesota W2 Report have been updated to retrieve the payroll line items for employees whose entity corresponds to the chosen entity(s) specified in the Define Data Report criteria. When users select two or more entities, the system will retrieve employees affiliated with any of the selected entities. This allows for users to run the report for a single entity or multiple entities.
    • The selection criteria for the Minnesota SUI Report have been updated to retrieve the payroll line items for employees whose entity corresponds to the chosen entity(s) specified in the Define Data Report criteria. When users select two or more entities, the system will retrieve employees affiliated with any of the selected entities. This allows for users to run the report for a single entity or multiple entities.
  • Florida Retirement System and Florida Re-employment Report:
    • In the Florida Reemployment Report, both the date and settlement date have been updated to adhere to the format YYYY-MM-DD, which is 2017-01-31 as an example.
