- Cash and Deposits Report for Local Government:
- Overview: We are pleased to announce the release of the new Cash and Deposits Report for local government agencies. This report is designed to provide comprehensive visibility into all cash receipts processed within NetSuite, supporting transparency and compliance for external stakeholders.
- Key Features:
- Comprehensive Coverage: The report lists all cash receipts, including those linked to invoices with payments as well as stand-alone cash sales.
- General Ledger Detail Included: Full General Ledger (GL) detail is provided for each transaction, enabling stakeholders to clearly identify which budget lines are credited for revenues.
- External Consumption-Ready: The report layout and data structure are optimized to support external audits, regulatory requirements, and public reporting.
- Benefits:
- Transparency: Ensures a clear audit trail for all cash and deposit activities, supporting public trust and regulatory compliance.
- Efficiency: Reduces manual tracking and reconciliation efforts by centralizing all cash receipt data in a single, accessible report.
- Financial Oversight: Facilitates better budget management and revenue tracking by providing granular detail on how funds are allocated across budget lines.

- Feature: SEFA (Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards)
Interactive Report.
- Description: A new interactive SEFA report is now available in Oracle APEX. This report enables users to view and export grant expenditure details based on data from NetSuite, filtered by user-defined date ranges.
- Key Features:
- Easy selection of date range for reporting posted (fully paid) expenditures.
- Includes key grant and subaward details, such as Grant Award type, Assistance Listing Number (CFDA), Grantor, Grant Name, and Subaward information.
- Exportable and filterable interactive format.
- Default cash-basis reporting.
- Coming Soon:
- Drill-down capabilities will be available in the September release, enabling users to explore detailed transaction and subrecipient information.
