The NetSuite for Government Reporting 26.3.1 enhancements and changes listed in this document are not available to customers until they are upgraded to NetSuite for Government Reporting 26.3.1. Your access to these features and SuiteApps is subject to the terms of service in your NetSuite for Government contract.

NetSuite for Government Reporting Version 26.3.1 – Release Date March 11, 2026

Finance:

• AGR – Check Register:
  • Check Register Detail Report — Added Accounting Segments.
    • Feature/Enhancement:
      • Additional accounting segment columns added to the Check Register Detail report.
    • What’s New?
      • The following accounting segments have been added as selectable/displayable fields on the Check Register Detail report:
        • Project
        • Location
        • Program
    • Purpose/Benefit:
      • This enhancement provides users greater flexibility when reviewing check register detail by enabling reporting across all available accounting segments. With these added segments, users can more easily filter, sort, reconcile, and analyze payments by Project, Location, and Program—supporting more complete financial review and segment-level auditing.
    • Impact:
      • No change to existing data or calculations.
      • Existing report usage remains unchanged; users can now include these additional segments as needed.
• AGR – Budgets vs Actuals:
  • Budget vs Actuals Report — Removal of Statistical Style Accounts.
    • Change Type: Defect Fix / Report Correction
    • What’s Changed?
      • Statistical style accounts have been removed from the Budget vs Actuals report. These accounts were previously appearing on the report due to an inclusion error.
    • Why this Matters?
      • Statistical style accounts are not intended for Budget vs Actuals financial reporting and should not require manual suppression. With this update, users no longer need to hide or filter out these accounts to obtain an accurate Budget vs Actuals view.
    • Impact:
      • Budget vs Actuals output will no longer display statistical style accounts.
      • Report results should align more closely with expected financial reporting content without additional user configuration.
