This document summarizes the changes to NetSuite for Government Reporting 26.9.1 and the previous release. These release notes are subject to change every week.

The NetSuite for Government Reporting 26.9.1 enhancements and changes listed in this document are not available to customers until they are upgraded to NetSuite for Government Reporting 26.9.1. Your access to these features and SuiteApps is subject to the terms of service in your NetSuite for Government contract.

NetSuite for Government Reporting Version 26.9.1 – Release Date September 29, 2026

Human Resources and Payroll:
  • California Quarterly Wage and Withholding Report:
    • The California Quarterly Wage and Withholding Report has been updated to change the source used for the Total Subject Wages field.

      What Changed?

      Total Subject Wages no longer uses the California SUI Taxable Wage Pay Bucket. The report now uses the California SUI Total Wages pay bucket.
      Configuration guidance:
      • No additional configuration is typically required at this time.
      • The report will use the California SUI Total Wages pay bucket (ns4g_californiasuitotal_pay) for the Total Subject Wages field.
      Verification:
      • Generate the California Quarterly Wage and Withholding Report for an applicable reporting period.
      • Confirm that the Total Subject Wages value is derived from the California SUI Total Wages pay bucket.
  • Nebraska SUI Reporting:
    • Nebraska SUI reporting has been updated to change the pay bucket used for the Gross Wages field.
      What changed?
      • Gross Wages no longer uses the Nebraska SUI Taxable Wages pay bucket. The report now uses the Nebraska SUI Total Wages pay bucket.
      Configuration guidance:
      • No additional configuration is expected at this time.
      • The Gross Wages field will use the Nebraska SUI Total Wages pay bucket (ns4g_nebraskasuitotal_pay).
