Customer Cloud Services (CCS): – Release Date February 22, 2026

• Custom Offset batch change to skip those accounts with an active Pay Plan for consideration in transferring $ to a Lien or Collection account.

Various Fixes and Performance Improvements

• Offset Batch process change. Create unique Lien or Collections accounts and SA's per Premise address and do not combine them onto a single account when the main person is linked to more than one account.

Citizen Portal: – Release Date February 12, 2026

• Hide Lien and collection accounts from being displayed on the portal.
