Employee Self Service within NetSuite for Government

Change Roles
  1. Hover over the username at the top right, showing the role currently logged into.
  2. Scroll down to see other roles assigned.
  3. Click Employee Center.
Edit Profile
  1. From the Home menu, scroll down and expand My Information, then click Edit Profile.
  2. View the information that was entered by clicking on the Phone numbers, Address, and Emergency Contacts sublists.
  3. Click the Edit button to make necessary changes to Phone Numbers and Emergency Contacts.
  4. To edit the Address, click the pencil icon under the Edit column. Check the appropriate boxes for Default Shipping and Default Billing. To add another address, click the Add button to add another line.
Time Entry

Refer to Time Management topic under Time Tracking Chapter.

Check your Leave Balance
  1. Go to Time Tracking > Time-off > Balance.
  2. View Earned, Used, and Balance.

    Note:

    Supervisors can select their name or the name of their direct reports from the Employee drop-down.
Request Time Off

Proxy Approver Portlet

My Benefits and Pay
Postion and Pay
  1. Go to My Benefits and Pay > Pay and Tax Forms > View Position and Pay.
  2. View the Position(s), Wage, Wage Type and Hourly Pay.
Paystub
  1. Go to My Benefits and Pay > Pay and Tax Forms > Paystubs.
  2. View the Paystubs page.
  3. Filter to a specific range with the From and To fields, using the payment date. Click or tab out of the filter range to apply the dates.
  4. Click the ID to open the paystub in a new tab. If more than one payment date, use mark all, unmark all, or select a few and click the Print button to display all paystubs in a single pdf.
Electronic form consent
  1. Go to My Benefits and Pay > Pay and Tax Forms > Electronic Forms Consent.
  2. View the information showing how the employee agreed to the electronic delivery of compliance forms.
    • W2 Tax Forms
    • 1095-C (or ACA) Tax Form
    • Paystub

      Note:

      A checkmark indicates consent to electronic forms. The employee cannot edit the consent from this area.
  3. Work with the organization’s HR or payroll representative to edit this information.
