Assign a Business Account Owner
Define which users can manage the account.
For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.
You must be an owner of the business account to assign more owners.
The creator of the business account is the first owner and the business account must always have at least one business account owner.
In order to be an owner, the user must be part of certain predefined payment groups.
Business account owners must be part of one of these predefined payment groups:
- Payment Administrator
- Payment Service Owner
- Business Account Manager and be part of an IDCS group that represents the industry of the business unit that the account is linked to.
- Click Business Management at the bottom of the dashboard, click the business, click the business unit, and then click the business account you want to assign an owner too.
- Click Edit.
- Select one or more Users that should have access to the business account.
- Click Submit.
