Adjust a Business Day
You must be a Payment Administrator, Payment Service Owner, or Account Manager to adjust a business day.
When you adjust a business day it takes effect retroactively (up to 90 days in the past) and can impact historical data and reporting.
It may take up to 12 hours for the changes to be applied.
- Click Locations at the bottom of the dashboard, and then click into the Location you want to adjust the business day.
- Click the More Actions menu button, and then click Adjust a Business Day.
- Select the past business day that you want to adjust.
- Click Start, select the day and time for the start of day, and then click Done. Click End and then adjust the End date and time.
- Confirm the timezone looks correct. It should be the same timezone you have set up.
- Confirm the selection of Fulfilled or Received.
- Click Continue.
- Review the summary screen with all of your changes. If everything looks good, select Apply. If there is an issue, select Go Back to return to the previous screen or select Cancel to exit.
