Edit a Business

Make changes to a business record.

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

You must be an owner of the business to edit it.

Edit an Existing Business

  1. Click Business Management at the bottom of the dashboard, and then click the business you want to update.
  2. Click Edit and then make your selection depending the update you want to make:
    • Edit Contact Information - make changes to the legal business name, doing business as name, email address, and phone number.
    • Edit Address - make changes to the address and time zone.
    • Edit Payment Processing - make changes to whether payment terminals are used and whether goods or services are sold online.
    • Edit Users - make changes to users who manage business details or business unit users.
    • Edit Payment Services - make changes to the type of payment services your business covers.
    • Edit Merchant/Industry Codes - make changes to the merchant category and industry codes. If any are missing, contact Oracle Support.
  3. Click Update.

Edit a Business from the Onboarding Checklist

  1. From the onboarding checklist, click View.
  2. Click edit pencil icon next to the section you want to update.
  3. Make your changes and then click Update.
