Edit Business Unit Card Statement Descriptor

Edit the business name on the guest card statement.

Updating the card statement descriptor applies to any new locations added to the business unit. The card statement descriptor for existing locations can be changed by contacting Oracle Support.

  1. Click Business Management at the bottom of the dashboard, click the business, and then click the business unit you want to update.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. In the Card Statement Descriptor field, enter the name that you want to appear on your guest’s card statement.
    The card statement descriptor is applied to all business accounts assigned to the business unit unless otherwise specified for that business account.
  4. Click Submit.
