Edit Business Account Card Statement Descriptor

Edit the business name on the card statement for a business account.

Updating the card statement descriptor applies to any new locations added to the business account. The card statement descriptor for existing locations can be changed by contacting Oracle Support.

  1. Click Business Management at the bottom of the dashboard, click the business, click the business unit, and then click the business account you want to update.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. In the Card Statement Descriptor field, enter the name that you want to appear on your guest’s card statement.
    The card statement descriptor is applied to all locations assigned to the business account unless otherwise specified for that location.
  4. Click Submit.
