  • Default link expiration time (72 hours from the link generation)

• Operational testing: Run a test reservation end-to-end (send link → pay → check status → confirm reporting) before rolling out broadly.
• Reporting setup: Add identifying columns (Channel,Service Provider, TenderReference) to saved report views so teams can reliably filter Pay by Link activity.
