Payment Status: Check Payment Status

Use this to confirm whether the guest has paid for the deposit/link.

  1. In OPERA Cloud, go to Front Desk > Arrivals
  2. Search for and open the reservation
  3. Select I Want To…
  4. Select Deposit/Cancellation
  5. Select the deposit, open the ellipsis (…) menu, then select Check Payment Status
