Add a Sub-location

Add a new sub-location.

You must be a Payment Administrator to add a sub-location. After a sub-location is added, the Payment Administrator must assign users to the sub-location.

A sub-location itself can have sub-locations.

  1. Click Locations at the bottom of the dashboard, and then click the location you want to add a sub-location to.
  2. Click Add Sub-location.
  3. Complete the required fields.
    • The address and phone number fields are automatically filled in with details from the parent, but can be edited. The sub-location must have a name and unique reference.
    • The Location Reference must be unique within your organization. It's used for integrating other applications with Oracle Payment Cloud Service, so make sure it is known to external systems to identify the location. Once the location is linked to a business account, it can't be changed.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Click Add Sub-location.
