Set Dimension Attributes (batch_datr)

APCS supports the use of product attributes to enable creating new items and assigning product attributes for them from like items from the UI. It is also applicable for Location Attributes. Whenever a new set of product attributes or location attributes is loaded, this task needs to be scheduled to set the dimension attributes in order for them to be visible in UI. This task runs as part of the Weekly Batch and needs to be scheduled only if a new set of product attributes is loaded in the middle of the week.
