2 Implementation Considerations

This chapter contains implementation considerations when implementing Collect and Receive.

Provisioning

This section describes high-level provisioning steps for Collect and Receive.

In an implementation that includes Collect and Receive, the following steps apply before the system is running.

• Uber Setup

  The customer must work directly with Uber to set up a Delivery as a Service (DaaS) account.

• Provisioning

  Provisioning includes the setup and configuration for this account within the Collect and Receive. Uber will contact Oracle as needed to complete the setup.

• Access Setup

  The customer will assign users and create clients (for direct web service access) as needed.
