Setting Up Administrator Privileges to Oracle Retail Home

If you do not have administator privileges to Oracle Retail Home, you will need to obtain them before setting up access. In order to obtain the provileges you will need to have permission to manage IAM users and groups in the OCI tenancy.

Two sets of groups control administrative access:

• Production environments:

  RETAIL_HOME_ADMIN , PLATFORM_SERVICES_ADMINISTRATOR , PLATFORM_SERVICES_ADMINISTRATOR_ABSTRACT 
  

• Non-production environments (STG or UAT):

  RETAIL_HOME_ADMIN_PREPROD , PLATFORM_SERVICES_ADMINISTRATOR_PREPROD , PLATFORM_SERVICES_ADMINISTRATOR_ABSTRACT_PREPROD
