Sales data does not include information on any returns or exchanges made for an order.

However, any other amendment will be included.

• Cancellations

  Orders that have been canceled are not included in the report data.

• Amendments

  Any amendments to orders that were that were processed within the application are reflected in the data displayed within the reports. However, returns or exchanges are not included.

• Returns

  Sales reports metrics do not account for any returns/refunds processed within the application.

• Exchanges

  Sales reports metrics do not account for any exchanges processed within the application.
