Publish

Fiscal documents available in RFM financial posting staging tables are processed through batch and posted to the FIF PUBLISH tables from which they will be extracted and sent to Cloud Financials.

The rfm_fif_ap_publish and rfm_fif_gl_publish, once executed, will take the content of AP_STAGE and GL_STAGE tables and post into FIF PUBLISH tables, as follows:

• RFM_AP_STAGE_HEAD to FIF_AP_HEAD_PUBLISH

• RFM_AP_STAGE_DETAIL to FIF_AP_DETAIL_PUBLISH

• RFM_FINANCIALS_STAGE to FIF_GL_PUBLISH

From the PUBLISH tables, the records are then extracted and made available for consumption on Cloud Financials.
