Scheduled Deprecated Features Removed

Customer Synchronization with Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud Service

The Update Customer with Relate ID Import File (RLTCSID) and Customer Mass Download (CST_DWNL) periodic functions have been removed and instead the Interactive Customer Engagement Integration along with the Customer Engagement Synchronization (SYNCRDB) periodic function should be used instead to ensure customers are properly synchronized between Order Administration and Customer Engagement.

• The following properties have been removed:

  • MASS_CUSTDWNLD_FILE_NAME

  • MASS_CUSTDWNLD_CUSTOMER_CLASSES

  • MASS_CUSTDWNLD_MESSAGE_WRAPPER

  • ORCE_CUSTOMER_ID_DIRECTORY_PATH

• For extracting customer information for integration with another product, Retail Data Store (RDS) can be used.

Avalara AvaTax Interface

The interface for calculating tax with Avalara AvaTax has been removed. Instead, Vertex or the Generic Tax API should be used.

• AVATAX has been removed as an option in the Use Generic Tax XML Interface (J10) system control value. If set to AVATAX, this is updated to NONE.

• The following system control values have been removed:

  • AvaTax Account (M37)

  • AvaTax License (M38)

• The following properties have been removed:

  • oms.tax.avatax.environment

  • AVATAX_ACCOUNT

  • AVATAX_LICENSE

• AvaTaxValues_<company>.properties files have been removed. Previously, these would have been visible through the Tax File Upload page in Modern View.
